# Contact and support

> How to reach the Drone Weather Forecast team: support e-mail, bug report and suggestion forms, privacy requests, store reviews and the pilot community.

Drone Weather Forecast is maintained by an independent developer, and every message is read by the person who writes the code. Choose the channel that fits your request.

## Support and bug reports

- **E-mail:** [support@droneweatherforecast.app](mailto:support@droneweatherforecast.app). Please include your platform (Android or iOS), the app version (shown at the bottom of the Settings screen), the city you were looking at and, if possible, a screenshot.
- **Support form:** the *Help* tab inside the app has a *Support* button that opens a short form with the same questions.
- Typical response time is a few days. Privacy-related requests are answered within 30 days as required by the GDPR and the LGPD.

## Suggestions and feature requests

Use the *Suggestions* button in the *Help* tab of the app, or e-mail us. Ideas that are already planned are listed publicly in the roadmap of the project.

## Billing and Pro purchases

Write to [support@droneweatherforecast.app](mailto:support@droneweatherforecast.app) with the store (Google Play or App Store), the order number and the e-mail of the store account. Refunds are processed by the stores under their own policies; see the [pricing page](https://droneweatherforecast.app/pricing).

## Privacy, data access and account deletion

You can delete your account directly in the app (*Settings → Delete Account*). For access, correction or portability requests, or to delete an account by e-mail, see the [account deletion page](https://droneweatherforecast.app/delete-account) and the [privacy policy](https://droneweatherforecast.app/privacy).

## Community

Questions about flying spots, settings or drone models are welcome in the in-app community, where other pilots can answer too. Reading is free; posting requires Pro.
