# Indice KP e tempeste geomagnetiche

L’**indice KP** misura l’attività geomagnetica della Terra su una scala da 0 a 9. Durante le tempeste geomagnetiche le posizioni GPS diventano meno precise e le letture della bussola meno affidabili: il drone può derivare in hovering o chiedere una calibrazione della bussola.

Drone Weather Forecast mostra il **KP attuale e previsto** del GFZ Potsdam e lo confronta con il massimo che imposti. Quando il KP lo supera, il verdetto ti avvisa.
