# アカウントとデータの削除

> アプリ内またはメールで Drone Weather Forecast のアカウントを削除する方法と、プロフィール、フォーラム投稿、購入、分析データがどうなるか。

Drone Weather Forecast のアカウントはいつでも削除できます。削除は永久的で、取り消すことはできません。

## 方法1：アプリ内で削除する（推奨）

1. **設定**（下部バーの歯車アイコン）を開きます。
2. 削除したい Google または Apple アカウントでサインインしていることを確認します。
3. **アカウントを削除**をタップして確認します。

削除はサーバー上で即座に実行されます。

## 方法2：メールで削除を依頼する

アプリを開けなくなった場合は、アカウントに紐づくメールアドレスから、件名を**アカウント削除**として [support@droneweatherforecast.app](mailto:support@droneweatherforecast.app?subject=%5BACCOUNT%20DELETION%5D%20Data%20deletion%20request&body=Please%20permanently%20delete%20my%20Drone%20Weather%20Forecast%20account.%0D%0A%0D%0AAccount%20e-mail%3A%20) にメールを送るか、本文にそのアドレスを明記してください。30日以内に削除を確認します。

## 削除されるもの

- プロフィール：名前、メールアドレス、プロバイダー識別子、プロフィール写真。
- アカウントに同期された設定とお気に入り。
- プッシュ通知トークン。
- フォーラムの投稿とコメントは**匿名化**されます。本文はスレッドに残り、投稿者は「匿名」になります。

## 保持されるもの

- ストアと税法で必要とされる購入検証記録。プロフィールとは紐づけられません。
- 集計済みの匿名分析データとクラッシュレポート（最長14か月保持）。
- [利用規約](https://droneweatherforecast.app/ja/terms)で説明しているとおり、6か月間の再登録防止のためだけに使用するメールアドレスのハッシュ記録。

## Pro の購入

購入は Google Play または App Store のアカウントに属するため、アカウントを削除しても Pro の購入は取り消されません。後で新しいアカウントを作成した場合は、Pro 画面の*購入を復元*で再度紐づけてください。
