# 删除你的账户和数据

> 如何在应用内或通过邮件删除 Drone Weather Forecast 账户，以及你的资料、论坛帖子、购买记录和分析数据会如何处理。

你可以随时删除 Drone Weather Forecast 账户。删除是永久性的，无法撤销。

## 方式 1：在应用内删除（推荐）

1. 打开**设置**（底栏的齿轮图标）。
2. 确认已使用要删除的 Google 或 Apple 账户登录。
3. 点击**删除账户**并确认。

删除会立即在我们的服务器上执行。

## 方式 2：通过邮件申请删除

如果你已无法打开应用，请使用与账户关联的邮箱，以**账户删除**为主题发送邮件至 [support@droneweatherforecast.app](mailto:support@droneweatherforecast.app?subject=%5BACCOUNT%20DELETION%5D%20Data%20deletion%20request&body=Please%20permanently%20delete%20my%20Drone%20Weather%20Forecast%20account.%0D%0A%0D%0AAccount%20e-mail%3A%20)，或在邮件中明确注明该邮箱。我们会在 30 天内确认删除。

## 会被删除的内容

- 你的资料：姓名、邮箱、提供方标识和头像。
- 同步到账户的设置和收藏。
- 推送通知令牌。
- 你的论坛帖子和评论会被**匿名化**：文字保留在帖子中，作者变为“匿名”。

## 会被保留的内容

- 商店和税法要求的购买验证记录，不与你的资料关联。
- 汇总的匿名分析数据和崩溃报告（最长保留 14 个月）。
- 邮箱地址的哈希记录，仅用于 6 个月内阻止重新注册，见[使用条款](https://droneweatherforecast.app/zh-hans/terms)。

## Pro 购买

删除账户不会取消 Pro 购买，因为购买属于你的 Google Play 或 App Store 账户。如果之后创建新账户，请在 Pro 界面使用*恢复购买*重新关联。
