Drone Weather Forecast 是一款 Android 與 iOS 行動應用程式，回答無人機飛手的一個問題：**在這裡飛，現在或本週稍後，安全嗎？** 它由駐巴西的獨立軟體開發者 **Renan Rafael Bertoldo** 開發與維護，自 2023 年起在 Google Play 與 App Store 上架。

## 這款應用程式為何存在

一般天氣應用程式告訴你要不要帶傘。無人機飛手需要的是另一些答案：120 公尺高度的陣風有多強、地磁活動會不會干擾 GPS、接收器能鎖定多少顆衛星、起飛點是否位於限飛區內？Drone Weather Forecast 正是蒐集這些指標，將每一項與所選無人機型號的限值比較，並給出一個結論：*適合飛行*、*謹慎飛行* 或 *不適合飛行*。

## 應用程式能做什麼

- 任何城市或 GPS 位置的 7 天逐小時預報，以該地點的當地時間顯示。
- 地面風速、陣風與風向；Pro 版提供 10 公尺至 4,200 公尺依高度劃分的風廓線。
- 來自 GFZ 波茨坦的行星 KP 指數，上限可設定。
- 根據 CelesTrak 軌道根數與仰角遮蔽角計算的 GPS、GLONASS、Galileo 與北斗可見與鎖定衛星。
- 在 OpenStreetMap 上疊加 DJI GEO 區域的禁飛區地圖，儲存在裝置上。
- 含歷史紀錄的飛行前檢查清單、9 家廠商的 79 個無人機預設，以及一個有管理的飛手社群。
- 介面翻譯為 15 種語言。

## 結論如何計算

每個指標都有門檻值。預設會填入廠商公布的風速與溫度限值；其他門檻值（降水、能見度、雲量、KP、最少衛星數）有合理的預設值，你可以修改。對於每個小時，應用程式將每個指標與其門檻值比較，並將卡片標為綠色、黃色或紅色。結論取畫面上最差的顏色。缺少的資料顯示為缺少（中性灰色卡片），絕不當作零處理。

## 資料提供者

## Drone Weather Forecast 不是什麼

它不是空域管理機關，不是飛行核准工具，也不能取代廠商的說明書。預報是估算，高空陣風由地面資料估算，區域地圖僅供視覺參考。飛手仍須負責查閱飛行所在國家或地區的官方規定。
