# 刪除你的帳號與資料

> 如何在應用程式內或透過電子郵件刪除 Drone Weather Forecast 帳號，以及你的個人資料、論壇貼文、購買紀錄與分析資料會如何處理。

你可以隨時刪除 Drone Weather Forecast 帳號。刪除是永久性的，無法復原。

## 方式 1：在應用程式內刪除（建議）

1. 開啟**設定**（底部列的齒輪圖示）。
2. 確認已使用要刪除的 Google 或 Apple 帳號登入。
3. 點選**刪除帳號**並確認。

刪除會立即在我們的伺服器上執行。

## 方式 2：透過電子郵件申請刪除

如果你已無法開啟應用程式，請使用與帳號連結的電子郵件，以**帳號刪除**為主旨寄信至 [support@droneweatherforecast.app](mailto:support@droneweatherforecast.app?subject=%5BACCOUNT%20DELETION%5D%20Data%20deletion%20request&body=Please%20permanently%20delete%20my%20Drone%20Weather%20Forecast%20account.%0D%0A%0D%0AAccount%20e-mail%3A%20)，或在信中明確註明該電子郵件。我們會在 30 天內確認刪除。

## 會被刪除的內容

- 你的個人資料：姓名、電子郵件、提供者識別碼與大頭貼。
- 同步到帳號的設定與收藏。
- 推播通知權杖。
- 你的論壇貼文與留言會被**匿名化**：文字保留在討論串中，作者變為「匿名」。

## 會被保留的內容

- 商店與稅法要求的購買驗證紀錄，不與你的個人資料連結。
- 彙整的匿名分析資料與當機報告（最長保留 14 個月）。
- 電子郵件地址的雜湊紀錄，僅用於 6 個月內阻止重新註冊，見[使用條款](https://droneweatherforecast.app/zh-hant/terms)。

## Pro 購買

刪除帳號不會取消 Pro 購買，因為購買屬於你的 Google Play 或 App Store 帳號。如果之後建立新帳號，請在 Pro 畫面使用*回復購買*重新連結。
