Drone rules in Poland at a glance
- Aviation authority: Urząd Lotnictwa Cywilnego (ULC)
- Airspace authorization: Polska Agencja Żeglugi Powietrznej (PAŻP)
- Maximum height: 120 m (394 ft) above the ground, unless an authorization allows more. Lower inside control zones (CTR).

How to get authorization to fly in a restricted zone

- Check the geographical zones (CTR, restricted areas and others) on DroneMap. Official page
- Where a mission plan is required (for example in a CTR), create it in the PansaUTM mission creator and get it accepted by PAŻP. Official page
- Before take-off, check in with the DroneTower app; in a CTR, wait for the tower controller's clearance in the app. Official page
- Flying a DJI drone? With the authorization in hand, request an unlock on DJI FlySafe. DJI's unlock does not replace the authority's permission.
