You can delete your Drone Weather Forecast account at any time. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Option 1: delete inside the app (recommended)

Open Settings (the gear icon in the bottom bar).
Make sure you are signed in with the Google or Apple account you want to delete.
Tap Delete Account and confirm.

The deletion runs immediately on our servers.

Option 2: request deletion by e-mail

If you can no longer open the app, send an e-mail to support@droneweatherforecast.app with the subject Account deletion from the e-mail address linked to the account, or state that address clearly in the message. We confirm the deletion within 30 days.

What is deleted

Your profile: name, e-mail, provider identifier and profile photo.
Your settings and favourites synced to the account.
Push notification tokens.
Your forum posts and comments are anonymised: the text stays in the thread, the author becomes “Anonymous”.

What is kept

Purchase validation records required by the app stores and tax law, without any link to your profile.
Aggregated, anonymous analytics and crash reports (retained for up to 14 months).
A hashed record of the e-mail address, used only to prevent re-registration for 6 months, as explained in the terms of use.

Pro purchases

Deleting the account does not cancel a Pro purchase, because the purchase belongs to your Google Play or App Store account. If you create a new account later, use Restore purchases on the paywall to link it again.
