Wind is the most common reason not to fly. Drone Weather Forecast shows, for every hour of the forecast:
- wind speed at 10 m above the ground;
- gusts, the short peaks that push a small drone off course;
- direction, in degrees and cardinal points, as in weather reports: the direction the wind comes from. The arrow shows where it blows.
Each value is compared with the maximum wind resistance of your drone model, so the card turns yellow or red before the wind reaches the limit of your aircraft. The drone wind limits chart lists the limit of each model.

Speeds can be shown in km/h, m/s, mph or knots. Wind higher up is often much stronger than at the ground: see the wind profile by altitude.
